Writing Updates

Forbidden Sanctuary stands ready for your hands. I have refined the glossary to ensure every ancient ritual and jagged piece of lore sits perfectly in its place. The final formatting is complete; the release is scheduled for March 15, 2026.

Some more exciting news, an audiobook offer to bring this world to life through sound, has been accepted by an absolutely fantastic voice-over actor. While the exact release date for the audio remains uncertain, I am pushing for a simultaneous launch on March 15.

The second volume of this trilogy, A Hollow Mercy, has demanded a brutal sacrifice. I finished the initial draft in November 2025, but the ending failed to satisfy the weight of the story. I chose to strip away forty percent of the manuscript to find the true heart of the rot. I am rewriting the final two chapters now, preparing the work for a February 2026 edit. You can expect this book to arrive near Halloween 2026, a fitting time for a story that has proven so heavy and dark it has nearly hollowed me out, along with the characters.

The third book remains nameless for you, though its title is etched in my mind and my drafts. The plot is solidifying; I am finalizing the architecture of the trilogy’s ending. I have no timeline for this final installment yet, as the sheer emotional toll of A Hollow Mercy requires a period of recovery before I can descend into those depths again.

To keep my sanity intact, I have begun work on a dark comedy. It offers a necessary reprieve for my fingers to strike at something other than the literal hell of the main series. I will share snippets of this new project soon to see if you have the stomach for a different kind of darkness.

Your presence at the beginning of this public journey remains the foundation of my work. I appreciate the support you provide as I carve these stories out of the silence.
